SDVHPL is not responsible for any kind of accidental situation during events in any circumstance. We are responsible to complete your events smoothly as per contact during booking. Kindly follow certain rules before executing your programs.

1.Booking should be taken before 15 days (at least) of your event. We will take 30% of the total project for booking confirmation.

2.You should inform the responsible person of SDVHPL before 2 hours of starting food preparation if you will have more numbers of guests as contract during the booking period.

3.Any waiter of SDVHPL will not serve at the outdoor of your event.

4.Event should be completed within 11.30 PM.

5.Decoration of your event will be select from our package only.

6.DJ is chargeable if you will need it.

7.During the conference, we can arrange more seats by consent of two parties only if it will be needed.

8.The menu will be prepared as per contact.

9.The total amount of the project will be cleared before serve to your guest.

10.We will not allow hangout situations in our circumference.

11.The wedding or marriage hall will be decorated with your selected package.

12.Outside food is allowed during events by our consent only.

13.Children above 5 years are treated as one guest.

Cancellation

1. You can cancel your event before 7 days of your event at our office.

2. You can reschedule your event by informing the responsible person at our office.

3. In case of cancellation, we refund 50% of your booking fee.

4. You can change your package before 7 days of the event by consult with the responsible person.

5. We can cancel your event before 7 days of your event by informing you.

6. We are not bound to perform your event in the natural digester.

7. We are not responsible to postpone your event for any type of accident.

8. We are not responsible for any type of noise pollution. In this case, you(clients) are responsible for judiciary action.
